Challenge:

Before 2017, the year when adopted the Track-POD SaaS platform, the company was overwhelmed by time-consuming manual task management in Excel. Providing top-class window cleaning services to more than 3000 sites like Sports Direct, Betfred, Ladbrokes Coral, Costa Coffee, etc. Stephenson’s Ltd had to collect and process data on the serviced locations, notify their customers on the services delivered and draw invoices.

Solution:

Track-POD Software has given tangible benefits to Stephenson’s (National Window Cleaning) Ltd by reducing the time spent on task management, distribution, administration, and making calls by 60%. Track-POD web dashboard and mobile app facilitated easy communication between the back office and field staff and made it possible for one manager to collect real-time photo proofs of the services provided avoiding phone calls and processing paper notes. The processes became transparent, orders handling got faster, field staff administration became less time-consuming.

Results:

When we greeted Stephenson’s Ltd onboard in June 2017 they were a company with 9 cleaning teams, within 6 months the business grew up to 15 teams and after a year it showed almost three-time growth with 25 cleaning teams on service. No surprise that the expanding business was rebranded to Newpin Ltd in 2019 and a new commercial cleaning business Insight (RSWC) Ltd was launched.
