Well, it takes a lot of questions over emails, calls, and meetings to qualify customers’ requirements correctly, to disclose their real pains. Once this is done, I just show how we can cover it and let the customers see it for themselves.
The feeling that we are on the same page with the customer.
I want to make sure customers receive all the information they need. Sometimes it is difficult not to slip to the area which is not really relevant to the customers and not to provide too much information.
I'd highlight three things.
Everyone knows his/her part very well, is focused on the customers’ needs, and is willing to help a colleague in need.
